Background: One of the targets HIV prevention strategy is to ensure that 95% population access services by 2030 with aspiration ending AIDS epidemic 2030. Methods: This a record-based cross-sectional review. Data was extracted from PEP registers and treatment folders January 2017 December 2021. Results: Non-occupational exposure (82.5%) reported more than occupational (17.5%). Majority cases (442) resulted rape. Only 9.1% clients returned for follow-up all were negative. Conclusion: Behavioral interventions designed promote risk reduction protective behaviors should be promoted.
